Day One: Technical Skills Development
The focus for Day One will be on enhancing technical skills. Players will participate in a series of engaging and challenging activities designed to assess and develop their individual technical abilities. These activities may include ball mastery exercises, juggling, shooting drills, crossbar challenges, and dribbling relay races. The sessions are structured to be both enjoyable and demanding, promoting skill growth in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Day Two: Small-Sided Games
The focus for day two will be on small-sided, competitive gameplay designed to enhance tactical awareness, decision-making, and technical execution under pressure. Players will compete in a series of structured formats, including:
• 1v1 Matches—Emphasising individual skill, creativity, and defending.
• 2v2 Games—Highlighting teamwork, quick transitions, and spatial awareness.
• World Cup Format—Featuring teams of four or more players, encouraging collaboration, competitive spirit, and strategic play.
These sessions aim to simulate real-game scenarios in an exciting and fast-paced environment, allowing players to apply their skills in meaningful ways.
